Sitting Room has a wood burner with slate hearth and wooden surround. There is a two seater settee and two armchairs allowing plenty of space for guests to relax. A flat screen LCD TV with Freeview and a DVD and CD player with a library of DVDs and CDs are provided for your enjoyment.
Kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, cooker with double oven, dishwasher and a fridge freezer. Microwave, toaster, cafetiere, kettle and an ample supply of glasses, crockery, pots and pans etc. all help to ensure that guests' needs are catered for.

Bedroom One has a lovely comfortable double bed with quality linen and duvet. Two large fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets provide ample storage.
Bedroom Two has a comfortable single bed with a pull out mattress to provide an occasional double bed.
Bathroom has a white suite and shower over the bath with glass side screen. A heated towel rail is also provided.
Outside there is a private seating area with wooden bench overlooking open countryside. There is parking for two cars.
