Sitting Room has a slate floor, inglenook fireplace, woodburner and beamed ceiling. There is a two seater settee and two armchairs allowing plenty of space for guests to relax. A flat screen LCD TV with DVD player and freeview box with a library of DVD's, with a good selection of books and games are provided for your enjoyment.
Dining Room has a slate floor. There is a sideboard, dining table and four chairs for those evenings when guests wish to eat in. A micro hi-fi and a selection of CD's are also provided.
Kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, cooker with double oven, dishwasher and a fridge freezer. Microwave, toaster, cafetiere, kettle and an ample supply of glasses, crockery, pots and pans etc. all help to ensure that guests' needs are catered for.

Bedroom One has exposed floorboards and a beamed ceiling. There is a double bed with a king sized duvet, side tables and lamps and wardrobe in this room.
Bedroom Two has exposed floorboards, beamed ceiling and two single beds. This room also has a bedside cabinet and lamp, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bathroom has a white suite and shower over the bath with glass side screen. A heated towel rail is also provided.
Outside there is a private patio area with table and chairs. There is also a lawned garden area and scenic riverside walks for the more energetic guests!
